Cupcake

Our hearts are so heavy with grief today. We lost our sweet Cupcake aka “Queeny” Saturday night. It definitely seems like an end to an era. She’s our last pet who was with us before we were married, who traveled the country with us through 15 moves along with being there for the birth of every child. Although she was a typical sassy calico…she had the sweetest personality too and definitely warmed up with age. Hard to believe 14 years ago we rescued this little 3lb kitten at Waffle House not knowing the impression she’d forever have on our hearts. We’re at peace knowing she’s not in pain and suffering anymore though.
